    The Cybartender-for a drink with only two ingredients, there are many ways to make it. Shaken or stirred? Gin or vodka? Olive or lemon? Dirty or regular?

    Bourbon (infused with Lapsang suchong tea) Peach Lime Bitter Or redhead...because She is red. The sweetness of the southern states (U.S. of course),related to the smoking,not only of the barrels,as is the custom in those parts,but also of the exotic Lapsang Suchong tea. She is not American, but she has a lot to do with blends of tea, herbs and various infusions. Peach, just ripe enough, fragrant and tasty. As with Bellini, the white one, found in summer, is preferable. Not blended, for goodness sake! The peach should be "pressed" gently with the help of a strainer, so that it does not fill with air and the color of the peel goes with the color of the flesh. The lime juice serves to balance , because sweet is fine, but within the right limit. And finally the bitter. I chose bitter rouge, which I apreciate for the variety of aromas. The bitter point that doesn't hurt,indeed. And because a bit of red I want to put in it too, what the heck. And tonight we'll taste it together--but I won't tell you how and where
